  • Michael Lierman

    Regional President

    Mike Lierman joined Intracorp in 1997 as Vice President and was named President of Intracorp Seattle in 2002 and Regional President for Northern California and the Pacific Northwest in 2007. Mike directs and oversees all real estate operations for the company involving its real estate advisory, marketing and sales, development, and work-force housing groups. Mike has over 25 years of experience in all facets of the real estate development process including a wide variety of products types such as suburban and urban residential communities, commercial and industrial facilities, master planned land developments, and income properties. Before joining Intracorp, Mike served for 10 years as a Vice President and Partner with Buie Communities, Inc., a major real estate developer in Southern California, where he managed the development of large land, residential and commercial projects. Mike is a registered Architect and holds Master's degrees in both Business Administration and Architecture from the University of Illinois. Mike is also an active member of real estate professional associations including Urban Land Institute, BIAW–MBA, and NAIOP.

  • Dan Miller

    Vice President, Capital Markets

    Dan Miller is responsible for capital markets, commercial investments, and new business development across Intracorp's portfolio including Replay Resorts, an Intracorp affiliate. Since joining Intracorp, Dan's experience in capital markets includes the sourcing, negotiation, and closing of over $500MM for a range of company projects, acquisition initiatives, and investments. His structuring experience includes project and programmatic joint ventures, mezzanine capital, and senior debt. Dan was also responsible for the management of Intracorp's $50MM commercial office portfolio located in Seattle's Pioneer Square, where his responsibilities included business planning, leasing, property management and finance. Prior to Intracorp, Dan spent over 12 years in corporate finance, product, and accounting roles at enterprise software, investment banking and public accounting firms, including Oracle Corporation, Axciom/Digital, Cowen & Company, and Arthur Andersen. Dan received his Bachelors degree from Stanford University and a Masters in Business Administration from Harvard University. He is a licensed CPA.

  • Mark Tingstad

    Vice President, Finance & Tax

    Mark Tingstad is responsible for overseeing Intracorp's financial, treasury, and cash-flow management functions for all entities within the broad Intracorp group of companies. Mark also directs Intracorp's U.S. and Canadian tax function including compliance, structuring, and planning. Since joining Intracorp in December 2004, Mark has overseen the evolution of the Company's business which includes over 150 entities from real estate development, real estate investment, resort development, and private equity holdings. Mark's experience with flow-through entities (partnerships and limited liability companies) has contributed to numerous joint venture structuring and reorganizations occurring within the real estate sector. Mark spent over 15 years in public accounting with Deloitte & Touche in Phoenix, and Ernst & Young in Seattle. Mark received his Bachelors degree in Business and a Masters in Taxation from Arizona State University. Mark is a licensed CPA and a member of the Washington Society of CPAs.

  • Paul Bottge

    Vice President, Business Development

    Paul Bottge joined Intracorp in 1999 and currently oversees acquisitions and investment sales activity including land and buildings for the company in the Pacific Northwest and Northern California. With over 20 years of real estate experience, Paul has developed a combination of internal and external data sources, analytical tools, and professional contacts that are fundamental to identifying and implementing successful real estate investment and sales strategies.  Paul has been instrumental in the acquisition and disposition of projects valued at more than $700MM at Intracorp. Paul holds a Bachelor of Administration degree from Pacific Lutheran University. He was admitted to the Appraisal Institute (AI) as an MAI candidate in 1992, becoming a Member in 1999.  Paul has also been a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) since 1999.

  • Dan Swallow

    Vice President, Development

    Dan Swallow oversees development activity for the company including the identification of new projects, programming, design, processing of entitlements, formation and management of the project team, maintaining communication with jurisdictional authorities, and processing of permits. Dan has been active in the Pacific Northwest real estate industry for over 20 years and has a broad range of experience in leading development projects from concept through feasibility, due diligence, design, construction, and sell-out for mid-rise and high-rise/mixed use condominiums, single family homes, and townhomes.  Dan received a B.A. in Business Administration from Washington State University and is a LEED Accredited Professional with the US Green Building Council.

  • Lis Soldano

    Vice President, Development

    Lis Soldano oversees development activity from acquisition to disposition including, feasibility, programming, design, entitlement, construction and lease-up/sell-out. Lis has been active in the Pacific Northwest real estate industry for over 20 years and has a broad range of experience leading a wide range of projects including single family plats, townhome communities, mid-rise mixed use condominiums and apartments, neighborhood shopping centers and office. Lis received a BS in Building Construction from the University of Washington and a Certificate of Commercial Real Estate Investment from the University of Washington. 

  • David MacDuff

    Vice President, Development

    David MacDuff oversees development activities for Intracorp's townhome communities including feasibility, entitlements, design and engineering, permitting, construction and sales.  David has been active in the Pacific Northwest real estate industry for nearly 30 years, during which time he focused on master planned communities, operations and capital markets.  Prior to rejoining Intracorp in 2015, David spent 12 years at Yarrow Bay Holdings and six years with Intracorp.  David received this bachelor's degree from Lawrence University and his Masters in Business Administration from Seattle University.  David is an active member of the Urban Land Institute.

  • George Lenes

    Development Manager

    George Lenes manages the full array of development activities for Intracorp's townhome and condominium communities, ranging from initial project feasibility and entitlements through to design, permitting, construction and sale.  George has led building teams throughout the Western Unites States for over 30 years, specializing in low and midrise condominiums, senior housing, resorts and commercial projects.  Prior to joining Intracorp in 2016, George directed an independent project management consulting firm and managed a variety of projects for major regional senior housing and resort community developers.  He holds both Bachelors' and Masters' degrees from Stanford University in its Civil and Construction Engineering program and is an active member of the Construction Management Association of America.

  • Cathy Long

    Assistant Project Manager

    Cathy Long joined Intracorp's Seattle office in 2000 and currently holds the position of Assistant Project Manager. Cathy works with the executive group in all areas of project acquisition/development including property research and due diligence processes as well as communicating with city and county officials and development consultants. She brings over 25 years of experience in office management, instruction and support systems in the fields of business, sales and education. Cathy holds degrees in Education and Speech Pathology and Audiology from Western Washington University.

  • Christine Johnson

    Director of Marketing & Sales

    Christine Johnson joined Intracorp in 2015 as Director of Marketing and Sales.  Christine is responsible for the achievement of Intracorp's sales goals.  Christine is a licensed Washington state broker and is the Managing Broker for Intracorp Marketing & Sales, the listing firm for all Intracorp properties in Washington State.  Christine oversees the efforts of Intracorp's Community Sales Managers at each new home community.  With 30 years of real estate experience, including 20 years in new construction sales management in the Puget Sound area, Christine brings a wealth of knowledge to Intracorp's sales and marketing efforts.

  • Lora Foulger

    Purchasing Manager

    Lora joined Intracorp in 2016 as Purchasing Manager.  Lora is responsible for estimating, bidding and executing the contracts for the trade contractor teams for Intracorp's new home communities. Lora has 20 years of construction purchasing experience in the Washington and California building industries and holds a Bachelors' degree in Architecture from the University of Washington.

  • Todd Rankin

    Senior Construction Manager

    Todd works directly with the VP of Development on mid-rise and mixed use residential projects in the Puget Sound Region.  He manages multiple projects working with third party general contractors and is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of construction from initial feasibility through project close out and commissioning.  Todd brings over 25 years of regional construction management experience in the commercial, retail, and multifamily contracting markets and has a broad range of management experience from multiple perspectives.  Todd studied Architecture and Environmental Design at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and received his Bachelors degree from Seattle Pacific University.

  • Jon Beem

    Development Analyst

    Jon Beem works closely with the development and acquisition teams while focusing on the development, financing, and disposition of for-sale residential projects.   His responsibilities include creating and maintaining project proformas, monitoring current market conditions, analyzing revenue assumptions, and performing due diligence of potential acquisition sites.  He began his real estate career in 2008 and has worked in commercial mortgage lending and asset management.  He holds a Master of Science in Real Estate degree from the University of Washington and a Bachelor degree in Business from the University of Puget Sound. He is a member of a number of trade organizations and maintains an active Washington State Real Estate Broker license.

  • Matt Robins

    Development Analyst

    Matt joined Intracorp in 2013 and is responsible for organizing and analyzing data to support multiple efforts in the development process. His work spans acquisition, disposition, property management, market research, due diligence, and obtaining debt and equity financing. Matt began his career as a designer, and worked for five years in the architecture field in Seattle before joining Intracorp.  He holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Notre Dame and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Washington.  Matt is a Legacy LEED AP and a Certified Sustainable Building Advisor.
