  • Brad Perozzi

    Regional President

    Brad Perozzi joined Intracorp in February 2017 as President of Intracorp Southern California, based in Newport Beach. Brad will be responsible for overall business strategy for Southern California and participate in the executive leadership for the entire organization including the Pacific Northwest Region. Managing a team of construction, marketing and finance professionals, he will oversee a development pipeline which includes for-sale and rental multifamily property development. Brad is a graduate of Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science in Economics. He also received his Masters of Real Estate Development degree from the University of Southern California. Prior to joining Intracorp, Brad served as Managing Director of Multifamily Development for the Picerne Group, a boutique investment firm with expertise in distressed debt investment, apartment acquisition, and development, where he was responsible for a team of multifamily development professionals. Brad began his career at Trammell Crow Residential, a national apartment development platform, where he grew to Managing Director responsible for sourcing and executing the firm's Southern California development business.

  • Mark Tingstad

    Vice President, Finance

    Mark Tingstad is responsible for overseeing Intracorp's financial, treasury, cash-flow management functions for all entities within the broad Intracorp group of companies. Mark also directs Intracorp's U.S. and Canadian tax function including compliance, structuring and planning. Mark is responsible for tax requirements of Replay Resorts and its affiliates. Since joining Intracorp in December 2004, Mark has overseen the evolution of the Company's business which includes over 150 entities from real estate development, real estate investment, resort development, and private equity holdings. Mark's experience with flow-through entities (partnership and limited liability) has contributed to numerous joint venture structuring and reorganizations occurring within the real estate sector. Mark spent over 15 years in public accounting with Deloitte & Touche in Phoenix, and Ernst & Young in Seattle. Mark received his Bachelors degree in Business and his Masters in Taxation from Arizona State University. Mark is a licensed CPA and a member of the Washington Society of CPAs.

  • Andy Digby

    Vice President, Customer Service

    Since joining Intracorp in 2005, Andy has grown the customer service department to a staff of 15. He is responsible for overseeing his team and has closed over 2,000 units still under warranty in Southern California and Hawaii. Andy manages and implements owner punch and buyer orientation and closing processes, and works with general contractors and sub-contractors on performance and quality control issues. He was born in England and earned a mechanical engineering degree before moving to the U.S. in 1984. Andy's prior affiliations include Taylor Woodrow, Southern California.

  • Ken Benson

    Vice President, Project Management

    Ken Benson is responsible for a multitude of projects in Southern California from conceptual design through close-out.  With over 25 years of Development Management experience in residential, multi-family, hospitality and commercial development, Ken oversees all aspects of forward and financial planning, entitlement and governmental processing, purchasing and construction management, deliveries, turnovers and project completions.  Prior to joining Intracorp in 2012, he was a Senior Development Manager for Emaar International and General Manager of Castle & Cooke's Alberhill Ranch division.  He's also held management positions with Capital Pacific Holdings, Brookfield Residential, and Catellus Residential Group.  Ken studied Management at Brigham Young University and is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP).  

  • Wiss Chouceir

    Land Acquisition Director

    Wiss Chouceir is responsible for identifying and analyzing land investment opportunities for Intracorp Southern California. His focus is on urban residential and mixed use opportunities across the Southern California region – both for rent and for sale.  Prior to joining the Intracorp team, Wiss worked at Kennedy Wilson Investments in their Residential Land Investment team, as well as Meyers Research performing market and financial feasibility studies for builders and developers across the United States.  He is an active member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and Building Industry Association (BIA) as he sits on the local Executive Committee's for both groups.

  • Nick Amirov

    Director of Construction

    Nick Amirov is responsible for all construction operations for Intracorp Southern California and Hawaii. He has extensive building experience across the entire spectrum of detached, attached and high-rise residential construction as well as mixed-use, commercial, industrial and government projects. Markets in which he has been active are Russia and Southern California. His prior affiliations include Raytheon Engineers and Constructors, Washington Group International, Turner Construction Co. and American Constructors. He holds a masters degree in electrical engineering from St. Petersburg University in Russia.

  • Jennifer Chirco-Coker

    Project Manager

    As project manager Jennifer is responsible for land planning, budgeting, design, entitlement, community outreach, government relations and project implementation, from project inception through project close out. Prior to joining Intracorp Companies, Jennifer served as Senior Project Manager at Planet Home Living, a boutique residential builder focused on infill development in Orange and Los Angeles County. At Planet Home Living Jennifer successfully entitled, designed, permitted and managed multiple communities in highly sought after Los Angeles neighborhoods. In the early years of her career, she served as a research and legislative analyst for U.S. Senator Robert Menendez and then Congressman Rahm Emmanuel. She also managed campaigns for a variety of political candidates at the legislative, county and municipal level. In 2008 Jennifer was appointed to the Planning Board in Red Bank, NJ. Her work on the Board sparked her interest in planning and land development and ultimately led her to switch professions. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Natural Resource Management from Northern Arizona University as well as a Masters in Urban Regional Planning from the University of California, Irvine. She is an active member of Urban Land Institute where she served on the Sustainable Communities Initiative Council, YLG Pro Bono TAP and Young Leader Executive Committee. In 2014 she received Emergent Leadership Award for Property Development.
