Chairman & Chief Executive Officer
Founder and Chairman of Intracorp Real Estate, LLC, a real estate development company operating in Seattle, San Diego and Los Angeles. As Chairman, Mr. Miller provides leadership in setting corporate goals, processes and direction. Mr. Miller has extensive operating and financial management experience through his fifteen years of experience with the company. Mr. Miller is a former president of Intrawest Corporation, U.S.A., a diversified resort, leisure and real estate company headquartered in Vancouver, Canada. Mr. Miller was a Certified Public Accountant at Touche, Ross and Co., known now as Deloitte & Touche. A graduate of the University of Montana, Mr. Miller is a member of the Urban Land Institute, Mountain to Sound Greenway project organization, AICPA and Young Presidents Organization.
Mike Lierman joined Intracorp in 1997 as Vice President and was named President of Intracorp Seattle in 2002 and Regional President for Northern California and the Pacific Northwest in 2007. Mike directs and oversees all real estate operations for the company involving its real estate advisory, marketing and sales, development, and work-force housing groups. Mike has over 25 years of experience in all facets of the real estate development process including a wide variety of products types such as suburban and urban residential communities, commercial and industrial facilities, master planned land developments, and income properties. Before joining Intracorp, Mike served for 10 years as a Vice President and Partner with Buie Communities, Inc., a major real estate developer in Southern California, where he managed the development of large land, residential and commercial projects. Mike is a registered Architect and holds Master's degrees in both Business Administration and Architecture from the University of Illinois. Mike is also an active member of real estate professional associations including Urban Land Institute, BIAW–MBA, and NAIOP.
Brad Perozzi joined Intracorp in February 2017 as President of Intracorp Southern California, based in Newport Beach. Brad will be responsible for overall business strategy for Southern California and participate in the executive leadership for the entire organization including the Pacific Northwest Region. Managing a team of construction, marketing and finance professionals, he will oversee a development pipeline which includes for-sale and rental multifamily property development. Brad is a graduate of Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science in Economics. He also received his Masters of Real Estate Development degree from the University of Southern California. Prior to joining Intracorp, Brad served as Managing Director of Multifamily Development for the Picerne Group, a boutique investment firm with expertise in distressed debt investment, apartment acquisition, and development, where he was responsible for a team of multifamily development professionals. Brad began his career at Trammell Crow Residential, a national apartment development platform, where he grew to Managing Director responsible for sourcing and executing the firm's Southern California development business.
Vice President, Capital
Dan Miller joined Intracorp in 2005 and is responsible for managing capital markets relationships across Intracorp's portfolio of businesses. Prior to Intracorp, Dan spent over 12 years in corporate finance, product, and accounting roles at enterprise software, investment banking and public accounting firms, including Oracle Corporation, Axciom|Digital, SG Cowen and Arthur Andersen. Dan received his Bachelor's degree from Stanford University and a Masters in Business Administration from Harvard University.
Vice President, Finance & Tax
Mark Tingstad is responsible for overseeing Intracorp's financial, treasury, and cash-flow management functions for all entities within the broad Intracorp group of companies. Mark also directs Intracorp's U.S. and Canadian tax function including compliance, structuring, and planning. Since joining Intracorp in December 2004, Mark has overseen the evolution of the Company's business which includes over 150 entities from real estate development, real estate investment, resort development, and private equity holdings. Mark's experience with flow-through entities (partnerships and limited liability companies) has contributed to numerous joint venture structuring and reorganizations occurring within the real estate sector. Mark spent over 15 years in public accounting with Deloitte & Touche in Phoenix, and Ernst & Young in Seattle. Mark received his Bachelors degree in Business and a Masters in Taxation from Arizona State University. Mark is a licensed CPA and a member of the Washington Society of CPAs.
Vice President, Business Development
Paul Bottge joined Intracorp in 1999 and currently oversees acquisitions and investment sales activity including land and buildings for the company in the Pacific Northwest and Northern California. With over 20 years of real estate experience, Paul has developed a combination of internal and external data sources, analytical tools, and professional contacts that are fundamental to identifying and implementing successful real estate investment and sales strategies. Paul has been instrumental in the acquisition and disposition of projects valued at more than $700MM at Intracorp. Paul holds a Bachelor of Administration degree from Pacific Lutheran University. He was admitted to the Appraisal Institute (AI) as an MAI candidate in 1992, becoming a Member in 1999. Paul has also been a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) since 1999.
